1. Return Eligibility

  • Product delivery ke 7 din ke andar return request ki ja sakti hai.

  • Item unused, unwashed aur original packaging me hona chahiye.

  • Tags aur invoice hona zaroori hai.

  • Sale ya discounted items returnable nahi honge (agar mention ho).

2. Exchange Policy

  • Wrong size ya damaged item ke case me exchange available hai.

  • Exchange same product ke liye hoga (stock availability ke mutabiq).

  • Size exchange ke liye shipping charges customer ko dene ho sakte hain.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund sirf damaged ya wrong item receive hone par diya jayega.

  • Approved refund 5–10 working days me process hoga.

  • COD orders ka refund bank transfer ya store credit ke through hoga.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed ya customer ke through damaged items.

  • Custom printed ya personalized products.
